Any possibility for non US resident?

I've a very good idea to help preventing high risk drinking among college students, but unfortunately i'm a non US resident.
Is there any possibility to submit or accept ideas/apps from non Us citizens?
I'd like to present the same my idea to colleges in Us, even not partecipating to the competition

    Hi Carmelo - Thank you for your interest in this Challenge. The eligibility rules state that entrants, whether participating singly or in a group, must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States. At this time we do not have a Challenge opportunity for non-U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Good luck in your future endeavors.
