Example applications?

I am applying for the High Risk Drinking Challenge. I am inquiring about any application examples you might be able to share with me. I would love to get an idea of what kind of formatting you prefer. I have several screen shots in my application to provide visuals of the software, and I'm hoping this is appropriate. I noticed there is an opportunity to upload images, but I would not be able to provide captions if I used this method.

    Kira - Thank you for your interest in this Challenge. There are no application examples to share with you. The proposal's formatting is at your discretion; however, it is important to ensure that your narrative addresses the three judging criteria and their respective subcriteria, since that is the information the judges will use to score your proposal.
